Terry Ficke
As a lifelong entrepreneur and business owner, Terry has always taken pride in the value of customer service. From the initial inquiry all the way through the follow-up after the trip has been completed, he wants to make sure the entire experience is exactly what you had envisioned. What drew Terry to the travel agency world was the ability to provide his clients with a personalized experience. No matter if this is your first cruise you’ve ever taken or if you’re an avid traveler already, Terry is here to assist in any way possible to ensure everything exceeds your expectations!
LIAN MNIRAJD
Lian has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has always had a love for travel! With a passion for seeing different destinations around the world, she officially became a travel agent in 2021 in an effort to help others plan their own trips. Knowing there are a number of things to consider when designing a trip, Lian utilizes her own personal travel experience to ensure a stress-free process for each of her clients! At the end of the day, Lian wants to help you save both time and money, while also making your next trip the best one ever!
